Rent a car
A self-drive car turns the transfer into part of the trip. Choose a specific model, pick the hours, and see the whole total before you commit.
Holiday ideas
Short escapes and slower weeks, with the itinerary, transfers, and a few meals already thought through.
How it works
TripNest is built around a simple idea: the best trip planning feels like a conversation, not a spreadsheet.
Start with a mood, a city, or a date. We keep the options focused instead of endless.
See the full price, the cancellation rules, and what is actually included before you choose.
Keep the itinerary, the stays, and the small extras together in one calm place.
Field notes
Short, practical notes from the catalogue — no listicles, no urgency, just a few things worth knowing before you go.

Layers beat luggage. A mountain week is mostly about what you can add or remove before the afternoon wind arrives.

Straight answers about the demo, the prices, and what happens after you find something you like.
No. TripNest is an original, learning-purpose travel experience. The catalogue, prices, and offers are demo content, and there is no payment, account, or inventory behind any of it. Nothing you do here reserves a real seat or room.
Where a demo total is shown, it includes the taxes modelled for that product. Stays add the property tax percentage, holiday packages add a flat 5% demo tax, and car rentals add 18% GST plus any delivery or add-on fees. These are illustrative numbers, not live supplier quotes.
The demo has a mock review and confirmation step for stays, holidays, and car rentals. Confirming creates a reference from the URL only; nothing is saved, charged, or held. Cancellation rules are shown on detail pages so you can compare them, but they are illustrative and no real reservation exists.

Every name in the catalogue is fictional and written for this project. Using original stays, itineraries, car hosts, and models keeps the demo free of real brand assets and copyrighted marketing copy while still exercising the same layouts and flows.
The catalogue lives in CSV files inside the repository. A typed data layer parses each file once, validates every row, and shares the cached result with pages and JSON APIs. There is no third-party travel API and no database.
A package is easier when you want the itinerary, transfers, and a few meals handled together. Building it yourself is better when dates are fixed or you want a specific stay. Both routes use the same catalogue, so you can compare the honest details side by side.
